The Planning Council is a staff committee that reviews developments prior to submission to the Planning Commission and the City Council for approval. The committee meets at 10 am every Tuesday in the Council Chambers, 2nd floor, City Hall.

The Finance Committee typically meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 3pm in Conference Room 5B, 5th Floor, City Hall, 44 E. Downer Place.

It reviews proposed expenditures, the annual City budget, contracts for goods or services involving the City, taxation, City indebtedness, bond issues, fees and service charges, management of the City’s monies, pensions and insurance, and the City audit.

Committee of the Whole is composed of all members of the City Council and meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the 5th Floor Conference Room at City Hall. Committee of the Whole Meetings are open to the public.
