Mission Statement

To provide quick, efficient service to all persons - residents, outside agencies and other City departments - by acting as a direct link between residents and their local government and by maintaining all vital City-related documents.

Responsibilities

  • Provides general City information.
  • Acts as secretary for City Council Meetings, preparing Agendas and Minutes of all City Council Meetings.
  • Maintains and provides copies of City Council Agendas, Minutes, Resolutions and Ordinances.
  • Maintains and provides information on the City Code of Ordinances.
  • Processes Liquor License applications and renewals.
  • Issues Raffle Permits.
  • Processes Music Festival Permits.
  • Processes Carnival/Circus Permits.
